->f you are a business, then your payment will be refunded in case an influencer fails to complete the work as per your instructions.

->If you are a business, then your payment will be refunded if an influencer fails to initiate your project.

->If you are an influencer, then your earnings will be transferred to your wallet in case a business does not accept your work, despite you delivering it as per their requirements.

->Monthly subscription not refundable.

Refunds will only be issued for campaigns that have not been launched. Once a campaign is launched, no refund will be issued.

To request a refund, you must email our customer support team at info@findinfluencer.in within 24 hours of placing your order. Your request must include the order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

If the payment was made through a third-party payment gateway, the refund will be subject to the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider.

Refunds will only be issued if there is a technical error or issue with the platform that prevents the campaign from being launched. Refunds will not be issued if you change your mind about the campaign, or if the campaign does not perform as well as you expected.

Our team will work with you to troubleshoot any technical issues or errors that prevent the campaign from being launched. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund will be issued.

Our platform reserves the right to refuse any refund request if we suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.
